    Coverage questions

    Do you cover all of Dubai?

    Yes. 47 communities have their own dedicated page, and any other address in Dubai is bookable too. Some areas carry an out-of-area travel fee and some do not; you always see the exact price, fee included, before you confirm. The van carries its own water and power, so coverage is about travel time rather than what is available at the address.

    What if my community is not listed?

    Book anyway. The listed communities are the ones we serve often enough to write a page about; they are not the limit of where we go. Choose your address at checkout and the booking runs exactly as it would in a listed community.

    How much is the out-of-area travel fee?

    It is 20% of the service price, and it is shown before you confirm rather than added afterwards. Inside the listed communities there is no travel fee at all.

    Can I book a late slot everywhere in Dubai?

    In most communities, yes. Some gated communities set their own access hours for service vehicles, and where they do we work to the community's cut-off rather than ours, so the last slot there is earlier in the day. You do not need to know which is which: pick your address and the booking flow only offers times that community actually allows.

    Do you serve apartments and towers, or only villas?

    Both. In a villa we work at the driveway; in a building we work in visitor parking or your allocated bay. For a building we ask that you clear access with security in advance, which is usually a visitor permit and takes a minute.
