Before you subscribe
The questions that decide it.
Do I get the same washer every time?
You can. Once you have had a washer you got on with, tell us and we set them as your preferred washer, and they are assigned automatically to every visit your plan generates from then on. It is a preference rather than a guarantee: leave, illness and route changes happen, and on those days another trained washer covers the slot so the visit still goes ahead.
Do I have to re-book every week?
No. That is the difference between a subscription and repeat single bookings. Each visit is created for you at the end of the cycle on the day and time your plan runs, so there is nothing to remember and nothing to confirm.
Do I need to be home for the wash?
No. Leave the car accessible in the driveway or visitor parking and the crew works around it. The van carries its own water and power, so nothing is needed from your home or building, and you get before-and-after photographs after every visit.
Can I move a week without losing my slot?
Yes. A single visit can be rescheduled without touching the plan, and your regular day and time stay yours. If you are away for longer, you can pause for up to 14 days every four months.
How is a subscription billed, and are there quarterly or annual plans?
Billing is monthly, with no contract, and you can cancel any time from your account. Plans are set by visit frequency rather than by billing period: a weekly plan is four washes a month, twice-weekly is eight. There is no separate quarterly or annual plan to buy.
What happens if I want to change the day or time?
Tell us and we move the slot. The plan keeps running on the new day and time, so the change is permanent rather than a one-off reschedule.
