- Washii is a mobile car wash service — we are not a body repair or paint correction service
- We do not guarantee removal of all stains, scratches, or blemishes
- Some vehicle conditions may require specialised treatment beyond our scope of service
- We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle condition poses a risk to our staff or equipment
- Specific add-on results (e.g., ceramic coating, scratch removal) depend on the existing condition of the vehicle
3. Vehicle Condition
- We photograph vehicles before and after service for quality assurance and dispute resolution
- Pre-existing damage is documented and is not the responsibility of Washii
- We recommend inspecting your vehicle after service and reporting any concerns within 24 hours
4. Weather & External Factors
- Service may be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions (sandstorms, heavy rain, extreme heat)
- Outdoor washing results may be affected by environmental factors such as dust and humidity
- We will reschedule at no extra charge for weather-related cancellations
- We are not responsible for environmental factors affecting the vehicle after service is completed
