Which areas do you cover for detailing?
All of Dubai. We have dedicated detailing routes across 47 residential communities — from Al Furjan, JVC and Discovery Gardens to Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills and Emirates Hills — and anywhere else in Dubai is bookable with a small out-of-area fee.
How long does a mobile detail take?
An Exterior Detail takes about 1–2 hours, an Interior Detail 2–3 hours, and the full flagship Exterior & Interior Detail 3–5 hours. The crew photographs the work start to finish, so you can leave them to it.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No. The detailing van is self-contained — its own water tank, generator, pressure washer, steam machine and full chemical rack. A tower basement bay works exactly like a villa driveway.
Can you do ceramic coating or paint correction at my home?
Honestly: no one should. Coatings need dust-free indoor curing and correction needs controlled lighting, so for that work we collect your car free of charge, do it in our studio, and return it. Washes and full details happen at your door; coating work is collect-and-return.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
No. Most customers leave keys with security or in a lockbox. You get before-and-after photos by email and WhatsApp when the job is done.
What products does the crew use?
Detailer-grade brands — Koch Chemie, CarPro, Sonax and Vonixx. pH-neutral shampoo, non-acid wheel cleaner, dedicated leather cleaner and conditioner, and fresh colour-coded microfibre on every car. Safe for ceramic-coated, PPF-protected and wrapped vehicles.
