Sidra townhouses have shared visitor parking — we can wash in your assigned bay or right in front of your gate, whichever is easier. Maple has driveway access for every unit so the team works directly on your property. Parkway and Club Villas are wider plots with more space — common in those streets to do two or three cars in one visit. Golf Place Villas residents tend to have prestige cars and lean toward Premium Care, with a Hydrosteam every few months for the leather.

For Dubai Hills apartment residents (Park Heights, Mulberry, Acacia), we wash in the basement after a one-time check with the OA. So far every building we have approached has cleared us — the no-runoff method makes the conversation short.
